Hello 4nd,
I recommend trying to activate by phone and when the phone picks up, either select the option to talk to a Live Activation Rep or if there is no option, don't enter or say anything to the Phone Prompt. This will force the Prompt to transfer you to a Live Rep. The rep should be able to assist you with the issue.
To activate by Phone, Click the Start button, and type: slui 4 <and hit the enter key> and follow the directions.
If activating by phone doesn't work, you may try re-entering your Product Key by click the Start button and type: slui 3 and follow the directions. (You may need to re-activate a last time after changing the product key)
