I Brought some counterfeit software that was supposed to be new and genuine on eBay
I have filled in a report with Microsoft and posted the software with the report to Microsoft
Counterfeit Report Number: LKZF-GXR5
Is it possible to get a statement from Microsoft to say THE SOFTWARE WAS A PIRATE COPY
I am trying to get a charge back through eBay/pay-pal but they are insisting that I should send the software back to the seller.
I might have a chance of getting a charge back on it it I got something from Microsoft that said "It is counterfeit"

You can't have your cake, and eat it :)
You can either hope to get a complimentary replacement from MS, or a refund from the supplier (or eBay/Paypal in this instance) - not both.

piracy@ is no longer monitored, Carey, so far as I can tell - last time I sent something, it got bounced.
