Where do we tell MS that their own web page has problems? RRS feed

    After logging in, checking my VS subscription info, and then logging out, I am taken to the page https://www.visualstudio.com/#. On that page, in the upper right corner is the text "Sign In" that I expect should be a link, but it isn't. Further, there is a pop-out tab on the right border labeled "Feedback." Clicking there also does nothing. Tried it in both IE 11 and Chrome 66. You'd think that a missing link for logging in would have been readily caught by their test suite. Apparently not. How do we inform them?
