Hresult:0x80131534 Installing SBS CRM RRS feed

  • Question

  •

We have a new customer who wants to trial this,  the current scenario is

    one Server running SBS 2003

2nd Server running Server 2003 as a Terminal Server and SQL 2005

I have google the error many times and i have changed the Maxuserport, oledbT and oledbtimeouts,  i have also checked the TimeZones for 7 entries in each,

I use custom install mode,  point the sql and reporting services to 2nd server no problem with the precheck,  but it fails on the above error.

Has anyone got any other advise.  I have been trying to install for nearly a week now and i am really struggling.

We are a Certified Partner,  is it worth getting Microsoft to easy assist and take a look.

    Chris Whittaker.

  • It sounds like you've checked the known issues, so I think you are best contacting Microsoft about this, although I'm not certain this is a supported configuration. What's the Terminal Server's role in this ?
