What ever happened to the quality Microsoft support I use to get?

  • I am sorry if this is not the correct place to complain about Microsoft but I will complain every place I can because within the last month I have had the worst support I have had in the 22 years I have had in IT. One support person offered to have my son and another had access to my computer for 3 hours and did NOTHING. She kept asking the same questions over and over because she was helping other people so she couldn't remember what she asked me. Horrible service that I paid a one year contract for. Microsoft is at their lowest support level ever!
