In the Forums FAQ, the link for What happens if I say "I do too" for also needing an answer to a question? in the Notifications and New Features sections goes nowhere.

The HTML for the relevant section has an anchor name of 408, not 407:

<a name="408"></a> <b>What does "Need an Answer" mean?</b>
