Setup Project with Crystal reports CRforVS_13_0_22 and Visual Studio 2015 failed to register Crystal Dlls RRS feed

    I built some crystal reports using CRforVS_13_0_22 in VS2015, and made a setup project for it. It deploys fine on my dev machine, but I get the following error while trying to install it on the client machine.

    Module C:\Program Files\SAP Business Objects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\crtslv.dll failed to register. HRESULT -214010895. Contact your support personnel.

    I have set Framework 4.0 and client machine have windows 8
