Unfortunately not. CRM doesn't provide a feature you can use to search for the absence of a related record.
You have a couple of options:
- build a marketing list of all accounts and then remove accounts that have a scheduled appointment; the remaining accounts are those that do not have a scheduled appointment. But you'd probably need to rebuild the marketing list to get an up-to-date set
of results each time.
- write a custom report to query the database for accounts that do not have a scheduled appointment.
