Error in windows 10 version 2004 update

Question
-
There is an error in update 2004.
I have several programs that use databases (access 2003) mdb files that are replicated to be able to synchronize.
If the databases are not replicated then they work fine, but I need the databases replicated.
After updating to version 2004, these databases no longer work - come up with an error "Unrecognized Database Format Error".
In addition, it is also not possible to read the tables in Visual studio - using Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0
I can open the files in Visual studio, but as soon as I try to "Retrieve data" or query, the same error appears.
I have had to revert to version 1903 in order to use the programs again.
Tried to replace C: \ Windows \ SysWOW64 \ msrd3x40.dll version 4.0.9801.25 with version 4.0.9801.24 used by Windows 1903 but it does not work.
Since many users are addicted to my programs, I hope someone has a solution to this?- Moved by Dave PatrickMVP Tuesday, August 18, 2020 8:45 PM looking for forum

Good day lars,
If I understand you correctly then your issue is related to MS-Access files.
I notice another thread on the same issue (probably duplicate thread) but the other thread focus only on issue in sharing file
If the issue is related to sharing files then use the linkj which Dave gave you
If the issue related only to MS-access, you should ask the question in this forum:

Click on the "Microsoft 365 and Office" and ask the question there :-)
