    Please try out the Photosynth app from Microsoft.  It's the "little brother" of ICE, in the sense that it uses some of the same technology to stitch together panoramas from images captured on your Windows Phone or iPhone.  Of course, the Photosynth app doesn't do everything that ICE does, because of the limitations of mobile devices, but it's a great way to capture, stitch, view, and share panoramas.
