no support to speak of RRS feed

  • one of the lousiest products I have ever bought, virtually no support available. cannot log in once it has been installed

  • First of all, there is support. You just posted to the peer to peer support forum where fellow customers can and do provide help.

    If you are unable to sign in to activate your subscription and have a valid LiveID, I suspect you have run into an activation "bug" where a password that is longer than 8 characters fails to allow you to log in. Change the password at http://account.live.com, activate, then change the password as you wish once again.

    What is/was the error message that you received when you couldn't log in?

    Was it just installed? or installed and activated?
