You will not be given the option for the PC to be a hub until you have a second PC added to your subscription - which means installed and activated with the same LiveiD on another PC.

i have one care same disc and live sign in on two computers and i have purchased equipt and installed on another computer all same live id now i do plan on installing equipt on the other 2 computers also but my computer as far as right now does not show the other 2 computers and my expiration date did not change after my mom installed equipt on hers same live id but mine and my sons is loaded with live one care only but still i cant get hub on mine even with mine and my sons that was loaded with same disc and same id. also another question here do i uninstal live one and then install equipt or just instal equipt and it will figure it out

I believe that you can install Equipt without removing OneCare, but then I don't have Equipt to confirm this. I do know that the Equipt subscription takes precendence over the OneCare subscription if using the same LiveID for the account. I'd go ahead and install and if Equipt wants OneCare out of there, it will tell you. :-)
As for the hub, if you have more than one PC on the same LiveID for the same OneCare subscription and you do not have the option to make either of them hub PCs in your Circle, please contact support:
