    Hi everybody,

    new to Dynamics and trying to setup our CRM for our whole business.  I recently imported all of our contacts and accounts into the software.  I want to now add an activity to each contact.  We sent the email to all of our contacts and it would save me a ton of time if I could just make one edit to adhere to all 3000 contacts.  If there is something I can do please let me know.

    One way is to create a on-demand workflow that creates the email activity and run it in the advanced find or contact views.

    Another way is to create a Marketing list with all/required  contacts  and run a email campaign.
