Automated Coded UI Test does not execute in order with TFS 2018 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We have recently upgraded our TFS to 2018.

Previously we were running our test from MTM using order feature.

But now when we execute our automated Coded UI Test from Test Hub (TFS 2018) using Release Manager, then test do not execute in order which we defined.

All test are running randomly and failing.

Also, is it mandatory to install VS 2015/2017 in each remote machine where test needs to execute.

Previously we were just using Test Agent for execution, but now it seems we need to install VS in every machine where test needs to execute.
