[MSN] New Portfolio Manager Problems RRS feed

    I am running Windows 7 Professional and Internet Explorer. When I bring up MSN Money Portfolio Manager it does not download my data. Instead I get an error box that says “ There was a problem with online service. Click OK to see last known data.”

    When I click OK nothing happens. I also notice a warning that says Classic Portfolio Mgr. will be discontinued 12/22/2014.

    When I go to the new Portfolio Manager website I notice that my watchlist Portfolio contains only a very few items (maybe 5% of what should be there) even though I made the import in October. Thinking I should go through the import process again I looked for but can’t find the Import prompt.


    How do I get classic to come back up?

    How do I get the Classic Data over to the new Watchlist Portfolio?

    How do I learn how to use the new format?
