Windows server license options for public school trainings RRS feed

  • Question

  • My company has sold some physical servers to a state run public high school offering a course for future IT technicians.

Part of the training is installation, setup and management of windows servers.

So far they have used eval versions, but now they want to be able to have more permanent installations. Especially for the teachers equipment.

How can I help them with this? My problem is this:

*The commercial windows server license is costly.

*The academic version is affordable but to resell it, I need to become a partner and academic partner which takes months according to Microsoft. Time which I'm not prepared to spend.

Is there any alternative way to get them affordable training licenses in a week time?
