Is it safe to delete temporary FSP.....tmp files left by Synctoy?

  I've just downloaded and used Synctoy over a home network to sync desktop and laptop - it looks great.

  However, the first few times it crashed out, complaining that the network was no longer available. I restarted it until all files were copied from A to B.

  It left 4 temp files in all, with names such as FSP4C8CC4332BC242C6B8177D436E508069.tmp.

  These vary in length from 20MB to 86MB.

  May I just delete these without any other precaution, safely?
