Error when logging in CRM 4.0 for the first time

Hallo Everybody,
please help me solve this problem, after installing CRM 4.0 i get this error after logging in to the server:
Invalid license. PidGen.dll cannot be loaded from this path C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Server\bin\PidGen.dll
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Thanx Hadi for your help, but both threads dosen't solved my problem.
Also i have tried to uninstall CRM 4.0 and reinstall it again, NO WAY the same problem!!!
If any one has any suggestions please let me know.
