iscsicli QAddTargetPortal <ipaddress> does not give output message for W2k3 32bit Japanese OS

  Hi,

  I am using Windows 2003 32 bit Japanese OS. I ran the command,

  "iscsicli QAddTargetPortal <ipaddress>", to add the target portal in the Microsoft iscsi initiator.

  The command does not give any success or failure message. It just displays, "Microsoft iSCSI Initiator Version 2.0 Build 1941".  Can anybody please tell me if this is the issue with the iSCSI initiator or do i need to change settings in my machine.
