Cannot Validate XP Pro RRS feed

    I have just reformated my notebook Toshiba TE2000, I used the Toshiba OS that came with my notebook and it is totally legal.


    The only error I recieve is


    Why didn’t my machine complete validation?

    You have encountered an unknown error. Please contact your local product support team for further assistance with this issue.


    What can i do to fix this problem

  • Please go to www.microsoft.com/genuine and revalidate. Reboot your computer after this is done. Let us know if this fixes the issue. Sometimes revalidating and rebooting corrrectly syncs the Windows library files.

    Please follow this simple troubleshooting procedure:

    2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Validation" tab and then click on "Copy to Clipboard".

    4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and recommend an appropriate solution.
