  • Your MGA report indicates you have a Dell computer with a Dell preinstalled version of Windows Vista.  Dell is a major OEM supplier and is not eligible for the Bonus Pack Offer.  Please review the following:

How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/

    Note:

Your installed copy of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 is flagged as non-genuine (Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2).  Please uninstall it and purchase a "genuine" version of Microsoft Office.

  • Your copy of Microsoft Office is non-genuine because it is a Volume License version that has been reported as misused or stolen by the original purchaser.  Volume licenses are generally only available to business enterprises.  Individuals should only be using either a retail or OEM version.

  • Hi Jordan,

Carey is correct that the Product Key for Microsoft Office currently in use on your machine is a blocked Volume License key. If you have a legally purchased copy of Microsoft Office, please vist the Office Genuine Advantage Validation forum for information on how to ensure your system is running with your legitimate product key.

    Best regards,

    Jenifer
