How to create Custom Workflow to Mark Complete all open activities associated with case entity in MS CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    How to mark complete all the open activities (Email,Phone call,Task) associated with case(Incident) record.

    My requirement is I need to resolve  a bulk  case records  and before that i need to mark complete all the open activities related to the case.I can just resolve the case by creating the On demand workflow but there is many open activities exists in the  case an d i need to mark it complete before processing resolving step in the workflow.

    Please  any one can give some input to complete this req. and that  should be appreciated.
