I have been having issues with my mouse lately. Funny thing is that this is happening with a brand new mouse and brand new computer. My old Windows 7 HP and wireless mouse 4000 were acting up a bit ago so I bought a new 4000 and had the same problem. The
problem was even there when I hooked the 4000 up to my HP 8.1 laptop. The 4000 (old and new) get jumpy. This is most frequent when I am doing a couple of tasks at a time. I just got a new Lenovo 8.1 and both old and new 4000s still jump around when the computer
is doing a couple things.
I have a cheap Bluetooth mouse that I paired with the machine and it would not jump. I also have a MS 2000 wireless that has no issues either. Another thing I did was buy the
Microsoft All-In-One Media Keyboard. This is really great if you have 8.1 on a touch-free monitor. No issues with the All-in-one touchpad. Seems to be just some issue with the 4000 mouse.
This is really annoying me. I really like the 4000 series mouse. Has anyone else recently started having issues with a 4000? Is there anything I am overlooking?
