Custom List has "Read only access" but still I want to add Items & attachments into the list through Object Model (without access denied error/ warning)

  Hello Friends,

  I have custom list nad has "Read Only Acces" but still I want to add Items & attachments in to list through object model.

  I tried this using readonly access, it gets inserted (because in C# code I have written that allow unsafe changes) but with error saying that "Access Denied".

  Please do let me know if there is any other way
