Installing capicom.dll on Windows 7

Although capicom.dll has been deprecated, it supposedly can be downloaded and installed on Windows 7. I am having trouble installing it (error message from regsvr32.exe). Where should I post about this?

It is part of Windows SDK. I suggest you to visit the Windows SDK forum.
