    I am for the first time trying to get some help with my Windows live onecare.  When i ask my question it tells me I have not activated my subscription, but when I first get into live one care it tells me my subscription is activated.  The PC was installed by FireDog and I have the ID and Pass code the tech set up.

     

    All I want to know is how do I allow session cookies.  Trying to use Free file with IRS and am getting a message that session cookies are currently not allowed.

    In Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options and the Privacy tab.

    Settings for cookies can be found there.
