N/AI bought the Genuine Advantage disc direct from Microsoft on 31.03.2009, and the invoice number is 4253027937.
I've also had the pc repaired in the interim after a major crash, and have just noticed that the digits in the Product Key do not match those in the report. I do have the Genuine Advantage disc, so I could have that reinstalled?

This report is showing a Blocked VLK. Are you on a legitimate volume installation? If not, I would wager that the repair shop installed a bogus OS. I would back up all your data and reformat the drive, then install using your own Genuine Advantage disk.

Please use the Windows XP Product Key Update Tool (click on the Windows XP tab) with your genuine Windows XP Pro product key, then restart your PC and report back with the result.
