Vista is 'Not genuine' after windows update

Question
-
Since Darin Smith said he wanted my diagnostics here they are. I updated a few days ago on a computer that is legit and has been in my posession for over 5 years. Yet all of a sudden it's not genuine. So I am posting this because if I understand correctly MS wants to see this first.

I can't see why - according to your report there is no problem with activation of Windows on this machine.
What happens if you attempt validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate ?
