Protect/unprotect feature

  I have a Windows Vista Home Premium opertaing system.  My problem is the excel worksheets and cells have accidentlaay become "protected".  How do I "unprotect" them?  I can't recall my admin. password ( if I ever had established one).  I am using Excel 2007.
