    Hello IT experts;
    Gooday!
    I just got this problem when i installed deepfreeze in my hp vista os, after i installed deepfreeze, knowing that deepfreeze will protect my pc to any changes that could damage to pc.  I installed a software a copytodvd, i installed it. Then in the of my installation i read a it say about "driver's update or unknown driver" maybe but i abort a installation of that driver. I install another software "dvdclone" my pc didn't ask something or anything, like to my previous software. so i uninstall copytodvd and when i use my dvdclone software my atapi dvd writer didn't READ MY dvd disc, IT ONLY EJECT AND CLOSE BUT NOT FUNCTIONi don't know what happen could you help sir, hoping for positive response.. thanks.. i hope i can get a answer i a while..
