Hi, I am facing problem while sending email from MS CRM. When I click on send the email did not get sent and the status for that activity is shown as "Pending send" and its shown in closed activities. Getting error message as " This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help". Email router configuration is set and it works for other mails sent through other plug-ins. Please suggest solution. I need it urgently.
Please check whether the Do Not allow emails is checked for the particular record. also you can check whether the emailaddress is present in the record in the To fieldThanks,
