  • Hi all,


    We are having an issue with PSTN call volume being low.  IM voice conversations are at correct levels but when calling out to PSTN we have to turn the volume all the way up, which is quite painful when you get a prompt on the computer.


    Is the issue in the Mediation server, Dialogic Gateway, PBX switch?
