MGA does not recognize that Office XP has been activated.

Question
-
Hello, MGA reports that my version of Office XP has not been activated even though it has been activated (for many years).
I have uninstalled the Office suite and re-installed it and Office reports that it has already been activated, but still MGA disagrees.
One possible cause that I can imagine is that I have replaced the system motherboard since oiginally installing Office XP, so the CPU and BIOS would be different to what Microsoft originally had registered.
Also, my copy of Office XP was provided to me directly by Microsoft Australia when they discontinued their trial of subscription-based office software, for which I was paying an annual license fee, so there may be some arcane issues with the type of licence that was porvided, as I have read in other posts.
I have run MGA diagnostics. and results are posted below.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks
Guy Mc.

Hello,
Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Office Genuine Advantage (OGA) program forum. Your issue is related to Windows Product Activation. In an attempt to assist I would like to provide some information which may or may not help.
From the Desktop:
1.
Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Activate Windows.
Or, click the Windows Activation icon in the taskbar notification area next to the clock.2.
Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate Windows now.
3.
Click Read the Windows Product Activation Privacy Statement, click Back, and then click Next.
4.
Follow the steps in the “Activate Windows by phone” dialog box, and then click Next.
Note The number appears now and differs based on the location that you select.5.
When activation is completed and you receive the following message:
You have successfully activated your copy of Windows
Then click OK.
Also you may reference the following site for various Telephone Activation Centers:

Thank you
Stephen :-)
