I have looked up this key and it does show as Activation Blocked due to Abuse.
The key you are using is a Volume License MAK product key which are used by large organizations. This forum is targeted at consumer level products so I don't have as much experience with Enterprise level products and product keys.
This Volume MAK key appears to have a limit of 140000 Activations with 100540 Activations having been used so far. This would suggest that the key hasn't past it's Activation Limit, so due to my inexperience with Enterprise level product keys, I am not exactly sure what a Block for Abuse means in this context. It could mean there were too many activations in a short amount of time or possibly the key was activated from PCs in different geographic areas (which sometimes indicates a key has leaked to the internet) or something else that I'm not aware of.
I recommend contacting your IT Dept or Network Admin and have them look into this for you or if you are the IT Dept/Admin, you should contact the Volume License Call Center in your area. You can find the phone number for the Volume License Call Center in your area at http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/existing-customers/activation-centers.aspx

Could it be that this block is VAMT related? – either proxy activation or local re-activation may possibly give this sort of output?I note that the report doesn’t actually give any error for activation or validation
