An entity form opens with a blank ribbon in CRM 2011

  Hi Purva,

  Do you have a JavaScript running on the page? If yes, can you check the ribbon issue after disabling the JS?

  Hi Abhishek, thanks for your quick reply. I have written JavaScript code on load. Currently, I have disabled the OnLoad  JavaScript functions, but still having the same problem.

  Hello,

  If you access the same record from the remote machine (where CRM is installed), can you see the ribbon?

  However, you can try following the steps described here. Might fix your problem if it was caused by applying rollups.

  Just a quick one, have you recently applied any rollups on CRM 2011? If yes you can refer this blog
