  • Type "slui 1" (this will attempt to activate windows) in the search bar and hit enter. Then go to www.microsoft.com/genuine and try to validate.

    It appears like you may have forgot to activate.

  • If Activation over the Internet fails, try slui 4, that will launch the Activate by Phone wizard.
