Samsung NC10 restore

Question

Please be aware that the current PP1 Vista PE disk does not recognise that the Samsung NC10 has a wired network connection available and that the wireless card (though recognised) will not allow you to restore the system.
I have tried all the drivers on the Marvell site and even tried hacking the inf file but failed. Given that I have only had the netbook a few months I am not prepared to remove the hard disk to restore the disk unit. This shows you how hard it is to get the drive out.

Sorted :-)
Using the 'below 512Mb' just leads to a BSOD every time but having had a hunt around the web I found that the 32bit Vista drivers do work but you need to have all the following files:
yk60x86.cat
yk60x86.inf
yk6086.sys
ykx32mpcoinst.dll
All of these are timed at 10:06 and date from 09/12/2008 except for the catalogue 12/12/2008)
These need to be put in the {80EFE8EC-5E68-4E6D-956C-A024BEAF5406} folder AFTER deleting all the files in there first.
Note this is an unsupported fix so do not blame me if it does not work for you - it did for me as I am using the restored machine to type this on - I hate printer drivers that kill PCs.
I downloaded these files from the Marvell site but they may change.

Hi Andrew,
drivers must be Vista 32 Bit, and they must be provided in their extracted form on an USB drive.
Did you try also the image for less than 512 MB RAM?
Best greetings from Germany
