  • WGA Notifications (KB 905474) is not specifically targeted to managed enterprises.  Please read the following thread: http://forums.microsoft.com/genuine/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=813449&SiteID=25

  • We do not us WSUS.

We use a product for patch management, but initial builds used for imaging are created using Windows update, and now that process has forced WGA onto my builds.

    How do I remove it?

  • Are you having a specific issues with WGA?  If not, do not attempt to remove it as it was not designed to be removed.
