At RISK or not? Conflicting status RRS feed

    The Live One icon in the system tray is red, at risk.  Yet when I bring up Live One, the status is green and all is fine?  This all happened around the time my subscription was due.  It has been updated automatically and I see a new expire date of February

    I have tried an additional update to Live One and the condition remains.

    I am using 32-bit Vista.  IE 8.  No other malware or anti virus is used.
