Not authorized?

Question
-
Having problems opening the forums lately - trying to access any of the many forums I used to have access to give me a "Not Authorized" message. I can access general forums (FAQ, forum issues, etc.), but can no longer access any of the server forums. Need to post a question and no longer have the ability. What changed?
Cleared my cache, etc. No better. I only have this single live ID I use, so it's not that I'm tied to a different ID.
Please advise.

Also getting this issue. for instance, when trying to access http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/partnermsgexchange/threads i get "You are not authorized to perform this action." i get the same message when trying to access threads i have started on the forums. i have always received this error occasionally, but previously it would clear after hitting refresh a couple of times. now it appears to be a hard error.
