    There doesn't appear to be anything wrong in your report.
    If the message comes and goes, then it's likely caused by a 'race condition' where the system tests are fighting for control of specific files - probably with an anti-virus - and losing. Next time it happens, try and catch a report while the notification is showing - it may give some details.
