Hey there iv paid for OneCare... its gone through on my visa, but when i go to subscribe the product it tells me theres no subscription with the windows live id that iv enter... but it is. So right now i have a free trial. please help and fix this problem
Hello Gascons, most likely you are using the incorrect Live ID or you have purchased a subscription less than 24 hours ago. If you purchased One Care less than 24 hours ago waiting another day should allow you to activate. If the Live ID is incorrect and you cannot recall the correct Live ID support can help you find the correct Live ID.
