System.Security.SecurityException from a workflow RRS feed

    One of my customers is experiencing an error when running a workflow. The annoying thing is that the error seems to occur at random, making it very hard to reproduce - it seems to work for me, but I'm getting screenshots and ErrorDetail files from the customer. Also they told me, that they got the error, waited for a few minutes, tried again with the same action on the same record and it worked just fine.

    The workflow is set to run when a custom boolean attribute on the Task entity is changed and does the following:

    1. If the triggering field is set to "true" a new record of a custom entity is created and filled with data copied from the original Task and its related Account.
    2. If a custom datetime attribute on the original Task record contains data its status reason is changed to a custom value.

    They are using CRM Online.

    There are no plugins registered for neither Task or the custom entity.

    Users triggering the workflow have the System Administrator role.

    I'd love to look up the reference numer, but I have no idea where to look for it. We have the Plug-in Trace Logs enabled and set to All, but there are no entries for workflows in the logs (does this functionality even trace workflows?).

    I'm completly out of ideas and would appreciate any hints on how to deal with this issue.

    I am getting similar errors (Dynamics 365). Were you able to find any answers?
