    I have been plagued with annoying popups from security master AV. 2 support case #'s 1122602325 and 1133660520 helpde solve some of the problems. I am missing all of my word files now. The only thing I changed was I added my name to the administrator setting. Did I screw up ? Can I get my files back ?  HELP !!!!!
