    I scanned my Windows 7 Dell  Inspiron 15 Laptop As I recall with Windows Security Essentials and it reported I had malware and other problems then I received what turned out to be a program recommended by Microsoft Windows that would correct my issues 1 time free SCHWACK TECHNOLOGIES L .

    they scared me into buying on line and now its installed on my puter.the billing name is SCHWACK TECHNOLOGIES L

    My Windows security essentials give me a clean bill of health

    It is still shown on my bank Credit card that I can dispute the bill

    Anything someone can comment is appreciated thank you

    Hello,

    I'm extra fairly sure that the software you installed was NOT recommended by Microsoft but that you may have been scammed.

    I'd ask in the Windows 7 forum on Microsoft Community or the Virus and Malware forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.
