Access Permissions for a meeting created using "Share Information Using Live Meeting" RRS feed

  • Hi,

     

    If someone can help me, I'm looking for information about What are the Access Permissions for a User that I'm inviting to a meeting using Share Information Using Live Meeting?

  • Those settings are managed in Global Settings under the Meetings tab.  You can assign various policies and capabilities in that area.  It's relatively self explanatory once you take a look at it.

    I'm not talking about those permissions, I'm talking about of the access permissions that has the meeting, created using share information using live meeting from Office Communicator.

  • If you invite someone to a web conference via Communicator they will have participant permissions in the conference.  As a participant, there isn't much you can do other than enable/disable sound/video, enter/exit full screen mode, and view information about other participants.  They cannot share files or other data.
