Remove From My Forums

Says my subscription is out, but it's not

My OneCare says that my subscription has run out, but when I go into my account it says I'm subscribed until 9/27/08.

Kept saying that so I went in and entered my cc info and then it said it would charge my card when it expired on 9/27/08!

I'm not sure what's going on...any ideas would be great!

Are you running the beta version - see this post: Still on 2.0.2394.2?

If not, please check your PC date and time. If that is correct, and OneCare says your subscription has expired, and your Subscription ID in OneCare Help/About is the one that you renewed with, please contact support.
