    installed windows live and was attacked and every thing was erased. now reinstalled but cannot acctivate because my produck key is already acctivated. how to get the system on

    Open One Care, select "Subscribe", when asked to enter a Live ID enter the Live ID and password originally used to activate your subscription. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
