  • Good Morning Sooraanle,

Please contact the manufacturer of your PC. Explain your situation and establish a service request (SR) for the Reinstallation Recovery Software CDs.  The CS agent should be able to assist with your request and/or questions.

    Thank you

  • Tyrone,

Did they explain any of the details as why?  Also what who did you work with there when you called? Did they offer you a replacement if you paid for the disc and shipping? The manufacturer is responsible for the OEM software which they install on their systems from the factor. Unfortunately your issue appears to be outside the scope of the Genuine Advantage forum. In an attempt to assist I would like to provide some information which may help. Recovery CD’s are specific to your computer manufacturer. Please contact your manufacturer for assistance. They should be able to assist with your request and/or questions. Since the telephone number and web sites are not maintained by Microsoft we cannot make any warranty as to their validity.

I have included their contact information here for your convenience:   (800) 474-6836
