where is the "voice mail" contact in Office communicator 2007 RRS feed

    hello,

    I'm would like to use the call forwarding rules with Enterprise Voice enabled.

    Documentation 'Communicator_2007_testing guide.doc" page 47, speak about

    Redirect unanwered call to:

    Voice mail

     

    I do not have that option on my Office communicator.

     

    how can I create that "voice mail" contact ?

    is there a documentation explaining how to do it ?

    If everything is properly configured, you should have a phone menu in the top right corner of the main Communicator window.  From that menu you can configure forwarding to voice mail.  If it's not there then you have a configuration issue.

    thanks for your answer.  the word "voice mail" was not visible. I add it manually and now it is working better !
